We were guests there tonight, the restaurant is known beyond the national border and has been around for many years, a clean restaurant with friendly, experienced staff, a large selection of fish dishes but also the "suspects" that are usual for Palatinate restaurants are on the menu. I would define it as "good traditional cuisine", we had cordon bleu with croquettes and side salad, as well as the Parisian rump steak with creamy pepper sauce and side salad, drinks were fruit juice spritzer, specialty and espresso - just under € 47 "on the clock". The salad was fresh and homemade (think with a ready-made vinigrette) the amount was good; the cordon bleu was served with steamed vegetables and croquettes and was really very large, with a dark brown gravy on it; the rump steak was medium as ordered (was asked how it should be when ordering) was also a large piece, very juicy and very well seasoned, the croquettes were also good and the number was really generous, a tiny drop of vermouth - the sauce was probably a normal room sauce beforehand, which was then modified with the peppercorns and the calvados - a little less calvados would have been ideal because the peppercorns already had a slightly bitter taste - or simmer a little longer ... But it was still very, very tasty. You can definitely recommend it with a clear conscience.

Rude service, the older lady was overwhelmed and rude. Waited forever until asked if you wanted to order something. And we're just talking about "drinking a cozy beer"
